A career grounded in service.
Elliott Jones brings more than three decades of firsthand experience across law enforcement, emergency medical services, professional firefighting, E-911, emergency management, and municipal government. Since 2015, he has served as Crenshaw County’s Emergency Management Director and Homeland Security Point of Contact, while also serving the City of Luverne in elected leadership.
That background provides a rare view of how policy, operations, public safety, budgets, relationships, and community expectations intersect. The firm translates that experience into practical consulting support for municipalities, counties, agencies, and community organizations.
